QuantaSoft, developed by QuantaLife, Inc., is a Windows-based data acquisition and analysis platform for Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) systems. It interfaces with the droplet reader to capture fluorescence from thousands of droplets per sample, applies thresholds to classify positive and negative droplets, and calculates absolute target concentrations using Poisson statistics—eliminating the need for standard curves.
